Pickup and drop-off repair services

Service availability may vary based on location and device condition.

2. Mobile Pickup & Drop-Off Services

Fix & Unlock offers convenient pickup and drop-off repair services throughout Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian, and surrounding areas.

By scheduling pickup service, you agree that:

You are the legal owner or authorized user of the device.

You grant Fix & Unlock permission to transport and repair your device.

Repair timelines may vary depending on parts availability and device condition.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage not disclosed prior to repair.

3. Estimates & Payments

Repair estimates are provided based on initial diagnosis.

Final costs may change if additional issues are discovered.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Devices not claimed within 30 days may be considered abandoned.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

Fix & Unlock may provide limited repair warranties where applicable. Warranty coverage does not include:

Accidental damage

Water damage after repair

Software issues unrelated to service performed

Unauthorized third-party repairs after our service

Warranty terms will be disclosed at time of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fix & Unlock is not liable for:

Loss of data (customers are responsible for backing up devices)

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Carrier-related service interruptions

Delayed or undelivered SMS messages

Customers assume responsibility for maintaining backups prior to service.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Fix & Unlock LLC.

These may include:

Repair status updates

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Pickup and drop-off coordination

Customer service responses

Occasional promotional offers

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Reply HELP for assistance.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to SMS communications.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 208-728-8100. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Fix & Unlock. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
